But the same thing is giving air to this crime as well, recently a similar issue has come to light, in Azamgarh, UP, the police accused a woman of tampering with photographs and posting a video on Tik Tok. The student of class 12 is arrested. The Azamgarh police arrested the 18-year-old accused Pankaj Sahni on Tuesday after the victim women lodged a complaint.

The accused youth told the police that she had met the victims while attending a wedding. He took some pictures and after tampering with the pictures, he had created a fake account and posted it on Facebook and Til Tok. According to the information received, the Superintendent of Police of Azamgarh Triveni Singh said, "We are sending a strict notice in this matter to Tiktok. We are seeking details of how they are investigating criminal activities on their platform? How to make sure that no offensive or pornographic content is uploaded on the platform. Whereupon he added, "I made clear about those steps from Tik Tok Scope of the company in case of such criminal acts have been taking steps. Along with this, it has also been asked why an issue should be registered against Tik Tok under Section 3 (2) (c) and Section 85 of the IT Act 2009 (amended).
