Dev Joshi is renowned for his popular television show Balveer. The actor is all set to take part in the first civilian mission to the Moon is planned to take place in 2023. The rocket developed by Elon Musk’s Space X will make a week-long journey to the Moon and back.  

Japanese Billionaire Yusaku Maeazawa has announced to be joined by 8 people for the first ever trip to the moon next year. These eight people are from around the world and pioneer. The list includes Dev Joshi , American DJ Steve Aoki, American filmmaker Brendan Hall, and American YouTuber Tim Dodd are among the eight people Maezawa chose for his "dearMoon project." The other four are British photographer Karim Illiya, Indian actor Dev Joshi, Czech artist Yemi AD, Irish.

 

There are two backup crew as well. First one is Kaitlyn Farrington (American Snowboarder) and Miyu (Japanese Dancer) The first civilian mission to the Moon is planned to take place in 2023. Maezwa has paid for all eight seats on this rocket ship in 2018. In March 2021, Maezawa began accepting applications for the journey. Maezawa will be travelling into space for the second time after spending 12 days aboard the Russian Soyuz spacecraft visiting the International Space Station in 2021.

Speaking about Dev Joshi, He is an Indian television actor who has appeared in more than 20 Gujarati films and numerous commercials, is most known for playing the part of Baal Veer in Sony Sab's Baal Veer and Baalveer. Now he is all set to represent India on this space Mission.
