Prashant Kishore had filed for bail in the court number 12, which the court dismissed on Saturday after hearing. For your information, let us tell you that a person named Shashwat Gautam had filed a fraud case at Patliputra police station in Patna, accusing Prashant Kishore of stealing content.

Prashant Kishore then moved the court for bail. A case under section 420 (cheating) and 406 (breach of trust) of the IPC has been registered against Prashant Kishore at Pataliputra police station in Patna. In the FIR, he has been accused of stealing content for his campaign 'Baat Bihar Ki'. At the same time, the perpetrator Gautam has filed a case against Prashant Kishore and another youth, Osama. Osama has contested the student union at Patna University.

According to the allegations, the eternal Gautam had created a project called 'Bihar Ki Baat', which was being talked about to be launched in the future. Along with this, a young man named Osama, who works here, resigned and handed over the entire content of the project 'Bihar Ki Baat' of eternal Gautam to Prashant Kishore. It is alleged that Prashant used this in his campaign in Bihar.
