Baba Ramdev's company Ruchi Soya Industries Limited is scheduled to make a big announcement on June 29. The board of directors of the company is scheduled to meet on this day. The company has reported it to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

According to the information received, the company is going to make some big announcements at this meeting itself. According to media reports, the company may announce its IPO. The meeting will also provide information on the company's results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31. The profit of Soya Industries, which was interested in the October-December quarter last year, was Rs 227.44 crore. The company's total revenue stood at Rs 4,475.6 crore this quarter from Rs 3,725.66 crore in the third quarter of 2019-20 a year ago.
