Kolkata: After West Bengal, Tripura is now witnessing a rhetorical battle between the BJP and the TMC. Despite the fact that political violence has been ongoing for some time, TMC leader Babul Supriyo has made serious claims against the BJP in the midst of it all. Supriyo, who is now in Tripura for the case, claimed that "Stones were pelted at his convoy by BJP members.'

Babul Supriyo said in a social media post that bjp members pelted stones at his convoy in Agartala, and that when they came out to interrogate him, everyone ran. Supriyo wrote on Twitter, "Today, I was assaulted by a boisterous mob. I got attacked with stones. They all fled away like cowards as I stepped out of my car. 'It's a pity that the BJP preaches about political violence while doing it in Tripura.' Not only that, but in his following tweet, he called the BJP a backstabbing party.

"This time the BJP should demonstrate Asansol by winning again," he wrote. Let me inform you that Babul Supriyo was an MP from Asansol, Bengal, after winning the BJP's Asansol seat. Babul parted away with the BJP this year and began a relationship with the TMC.
