Singrauli: In Madhya Pradesh's Singrauli district, the former minister has used abusive language against the collector. The matter is said to be of a few days ago. The case is said to be at a time when collector Rajiv Ranjan Meena did not come to collect the memorandum during the strike demonstration. At that time, the former Minister was furious and using abusive language for him in front of the Additional Collector. Police have now registered a case against former minister Vanshmani Verma in the case.

What is the whole matter- In fact, in the Singrauli district, the Congress party had taken out a rally a few days ago in a protest led by District President Arvind Singh of the District Congress Committee over the ever-increasing prices of petrol, diesel and gas cylinders. Meanwhile, Congress leader Vanshmani Verma along with Congress workers and party functionaries had gone to the collectorate to give memoranda. In that case, they had to stand outside because of the corona guideline.

When the ADM and SDM approached him to collect the memorandum, former minister Verma was furious when the collector did not step out. He then called the collector worthless in the presence of the Additional Collector. In fact, the former Minister said, "With great sorrow, I have to say that this collector is so useless, stupid who has disrespected the people.'' Not only that, but he also termed it as an insult to the people and said, "No collector can do that, if he does, he is not fit to live in the district. The one who insults the people in the country is never entitled to become a Collector. We are not peons and watchmen.''

Now, in this case, the police officer says that the video of Kahasuni between the former minister and the collector went viral three days ago. A case under sections of use of abusive language and public intimidation has been registered against former minister Vanshmani Verma in connection with the alleged insult to the district collector on Patwari's complaint.
