'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain’ is one of the most popular serials on Television. However, the main lead Nakul Mehta left the show.  After this, the female lead of the show Disha Parmar also left the show. The duo played the role of Ram and Priya in the show. This left the fans in disappointed.

Disha Parmar ealier revealed that the show will be witnessing a 20-year leap and she is not okay with playing the character of Priya post leap and she was right. According to a recent report actress Niti Taylor has been roped in to play the female lead in Bade Acche Lagte Hai 2. The actress will star opposite Randeep Rai, who will play the male lead.

According to the information Niti will be seen essaying Ram (Nakuul Mehta) and Priya's (Disha Parmar) daughter in the show, whereas details on Randeep's character have still been under wraps.  Niti speaking about her role in the new serial said, “I can't divulge more about my character but I am glad that I will play the new lead in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2. Life has come full circle because I was also a part of the first season where I played Ram Kapoor's daughter. I played a supporting role in it and now I am playing a lead role in the second season.’

With the show Ekta Kapoor brought back hit jodi of TV, Nakul Mehta and Disha Parmar for the show. They had worked together in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. Their crackling chemistry made Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 a hit. Disha and Nakuul both have been playing the character of Ram and Priya for the past one and a half years in the show. 'Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2' revolves around the story of two people who get married for the sake of their families. It shows their journey of how they eventually fall in love post-marriage.
