Mumbai: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and Maharashtra's Uddhav cabinet minister Nawab Malik has been the biggest headline these days. Most importantly, when he presented several evidences against Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officer Sameer Wankhede and made new claims every day. Now, a new case has come to light between all of them. In fact, the Mumbai District Central Cooperative Bank has slapped a defamation case of Rs. On the other hand, the Bombay High Court has given nawab Malik six weeks to respond to the case. In fact, advocate Akhilesh Choubey, appearing for the bank, said, "Between July 1 and 4, several hoardings were put up on the streets of Mumbai against the bank by Nawab Malik. These hoardings have damaged the reputation of the bank. '

Along with this, he also told that, 'A notice was also sent to Malik on behalf of the bank in this matter. But he denied being behind it and asked to withdraw the notice. Therefore, there is no question of publicly apologizing in the matter concerned.' The defamation suit filed on behalf of the bank also states that, “Prima facie it appears to be an intention to damage the reputation of the bank. The hoardings have tried to tarnish the image of the bank in front of the public at large, thereby harming the operations and business of the bank. There was an attempt by Malik and others to convey to the public at large that the bank is corrupt and their deposits are not safe there.”

At the same time, the petition also said on behalf of the bank that Malik and others should apologise to the bank in full and unconditionally. Nawab Malik and others should be directed to put up hoardings at the same places where hoardings with "misinformation" were put up to withdraw the allegations against the bank. In addition, the court has been asked to order payment of Rs 10,000,000,000 to Malik and others. '
