If you want to eat something spicy in food, make spicy brinjal, which is very easy to make and does not take too hard.

Necessary Ingredients

8-10 small brinjals

3-4 tomatoes

2 onions

1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon red ginger

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon roasted and ground cumin

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2-3 bay leaves

1 small piece of cinnamon

2-3 cloves

1-2 green oil as per need

To decorate a little coriander

Salt to taste

Method of preparation: Wash the brinjals and wipe them well and divide them into 2 parts. Grind tomatoes and green chillies in a grinder. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves. Then add onion flakes and fry. Add roasted chillies, coriander powder, salt, turmeric, cumin and all other spices and fry. Add ground tomatoes and fry till the ghee leaves. Add brinjal to it. Add 1/2 cup water and cover it and let it cook till the water dries and the brinjals are melting.
