8 tablespoon lime juice
340 gm salmon fish
2 medium avocados
1/2 cup minced red onion
dill leaves as required
freshly ground black pepper as required
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 large mango
2 medium tomato
2 minced serrano chili
How to make Baked Salmon with Mango Salsa
Step 1
To begin with, preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius. In the meantime, take a chopping board and dice avocado, mango and tomato. Once done, keep aside.

Next, cover a pan with a sheet of foil. Sprinkle olive oil and place the salmon fillets on it. Season with a pinch of salt on each of the fillets and bake for 10 minutes straight.

Now, take a bowl and put the diced avocado, tomato, mango along with minced red onions, serrano chilli, lime juice and sprinkle the mixture with salt and black pepper according to your taste. Take the baked salmon out and transfer to a serving dish. Serve alongside the prepared mango salsa and garnish with dill leaves.
