1 cup wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 tbsp oil and ghee to take moyan

4 medium-sized potatoes
1/2 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger finely chopped
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp green coriander finely chopped
2 tbsp mint finely chopped
Method of making baked samosas- First of all, mix the flour and flour, then add salt and oil to it and mix it well with your hands, add a little water, knead a little bit of dough and keep it for 30 minutes after covering it with a light wet cloth. Now after this, cut the potatoes into small pieces of peel. Now add a teaspoon of oil to a non-stick pan and heat it, add cumin seeds to the oil and let it boil, then add the chopped ginger and green chilli for a few seconds and add roasted, chopped potatoes and mix. After this, add salt, red chillies and garam masala, add a little water and let it cook for a while on a low flame, then add peas and cook again on a low flame of the cover till the potatoes and peas cook. Now add the mango powder and mix and add green coriander and mint and turn off the gas of the well-mixed and let the filling cool down. Now make a little larger dough from lemon with kneaded flour. After this, take a whole bell of about 5 inches round from the dough dough, then cut it from the middle into two pieces. Now pick up a piece of water on the edge and make a cone-shaped shape of the bend, now fill it with two spoons of filling and put water and seal the samosa in the same way make all the samosas. After this, pre-heat the oven at 220 degrees and put the samosas in the baking tray and keep it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, in the middle, once in the middle, turn over the samosas of the oven shell so that it can be baked from the other side.
