Balakot locals confirm strike by Indian Air Force in Pakistan

New Delhi: Indian Air Force (IAF) avanged the Pulwama terror attack by destroying terrorist camp in Pakistan. However, Pakistan denied of such actions. Now, ‘Pakistan’s bluff on the massive offensive carried out by the Indian Air Force has been exposed after videos surfaced on social media and certain news channels that showed villagers in Balakot claiming that they had witnessed huge explosions and saw people injured after the air strikes by Indian Airforce.

In a video accessed by BBc Hindi, villagers in Balakot acknowledged the strike in their village, contrary to what the Pakistan government and Pakistan Air Force claimed earlier. Villagers told BBC said, “We heard a deafening noise around 3 am today. It sounded like a natural calamity. We couldn’t sleep the whole night. After around 5-10 minutes, we realised that there were explosions. When we went there in the morning, we saw huge craters and buildings destroyed. We also saw a person injured.”

Indian Air Force fighter jets on Tuesday launched a major offensive against terrorist organisations using Pakistani soil to carry out terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir and annihilated training camps of the Jaish-e-Mohammed. The attack that was carried out by 12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets, ably aided by Indian Sukhoi jets that provided cover throughout the operation, around 3:30 am.
