Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Mango-1/4 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - to fry
Vermicelli / Sewn crushed - 1/2 cup

Method of making the mixture To make raw banana tikki at home, you first boil and peel raw bananas.
After this you mash them in a bowl. Now put green chillies, ginger, peas in a jar of grinder and grind them. You can also chop it with a chopper. Now mix this mixture in the bowl where you have mashed your boiled bananas and then add asafoetida, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mango powder and salt and mix it well.

How to make Tikkis , put oil in a pan and keep it on the gas to get hot. Fill at least half the amount of oil in the pan so that the tikkis can be completely deep fry. Now put the mixture in the bowl, take it in your hand and make it round and place in a plate. Roll these tikkis made from the mixture in a bowl into the sieve.
Keep in mind that you first crush the siven well in the bowl, it will stick well on the tikki. When you fry it in oil, it will make the taste of the tikki even more crispy. After rolling the banana tikki into the siwi, put it in a pan to fry in hot oil. Keep in mind that when you add the tikkis inside the oil, the oil has been heated to the right temperature. If the oil is less hot then the mixture will spread as it goes into the oil and if the oil is too hot then the tikkis will fry as soon as they go into the oil and remain raw from inside. When the tikki turns golden brown on one side, then flip it over and bake the tikki well from the other side as well. When the tikkis are well fried on both the sides, take it out on the tissue paper, this will absorb the excess oil on the tikki. A delicious raw banana tikki is ready.
