BANGALORE: The G20 Summit is set to take place in India under the direction of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, said Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Monday. it is proof of his success in showcasing India's strength as a global power to the world.

Bommai was speaking during the debut of the anthology "Modi@20: Dreams Meet Delivery."In India, the 20 most developed nations will congregate. In addition, Bangalore will host nine G20 meetings. In number of areas, including the economy, education, and defence, India is gaining strength "Bommai said.

The fact that India would host the G20 meeting the following year is proof of the prime minister's "strong endeavour to promote the country to the world." He lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Harsh Vardhan Shringla, a former foreign secretary and top G20 coordinator was introduced to Bommai earlier in the day. The next G20 summit was discussed. Shringla notified Bommai that Karnataka might host ten G20 meetings and asked the executive branch for guidance.

"Karnataka is connected to each G20 nation in some way. Karnataka should be praised for its accomplishments in the startup and IT industries. This state is home to the vast majority of unicorns and decacorns. In the near future, the state will also become a hub for the production of green hydrogen and semiconductors," Bommai said.
