Bangladesh SC to investigate attacks on Hindus, Delhi's lawyer sent petition

New Delhi: Attacks on Hindu minorities in Bangladesh are being condemned all over the world. Hindus have protested against the violence in different cities of India. Meanwhile, A Delhi lawyer Vineet Jindal has sent a letter to the Supreme Court of Bangladesh on attacks by fundamentalists on Hindus.

It may be recalled that a mob of radical Muslims in Bangladesh set fire to Hindu houses and ransacked temples over an alleged social media post. A letter from advocate Vineet Jindal asked for an inquiry into the attacks on Hindus and their temples in Bangladesh. A letter to the Bangladesh Supreme Court asked that security be provided to all Hindus living there.

The petition said that Hindu minorities in Bangladesh are being robbed, murdered and forcibly converted. The petition said Hindu women are being raped by fundamentalists in Bangladesh. The lawyer in his petition sought a judicial inquiry under the chairmanship of a sitting judge of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh into the attack on Hindus and temples in Bangladesh.
