Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen of India's neighboring country Bangladesh has said that all Indians who entered Bangladesh illegally will be sent back. The government will check whether these people have valid documents or not. He said that if those people are found to be non-Bangladeshi, then they will be sent back to India.

Apart from this, the Foreign Minister of Bangladesh also said that they are ready to call back Bangladeshis living illegally in India after investigation. He said that the Indian Foreign Ministry has been informed about it.

According to the Bangladesh Border Police, the number of people crossing the border has increased since the demonstrations in India about the NRC and Citizenship Act. Police have arrested 300 such people who were trying to enter Bangladesh from India. The Bangladeshi Foreign Minister said that NRC is India's internal matter. In such a situation, it will not have any effect on Bangladesh. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also raised this issue in a bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Modi in New York. It is clear from her statement that the government is not going to get any deal in this matter in the coming time.
