Bareilly: Additional District Judge of Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh has received a threatening letter. The threatening letter mentions the acceptance of the bail of an accused. The letter also threatened to kill the judge and his family for not giving bail. After receiving the threatening letter, the Additional District Judge has apprised the High Court of General Justice about the case.

According to media reports, a report has been lodged against Faheem Pakistani, resident of Murkhpur village in Moradabad, on behalf of Additional District Judge Mohammad Ahmed Khan at Kotwali on the orders of Mahanadhikaran. After receiving the complaint, the police has started investigating the sender. In Tahrir, the Additional District Judge has said that on the evening of December 14, the court readers brought a speed post letter to his house. The speed post was sent on behalf of Faheem Pakistani living in Moradabad.

In the letter, mentioning that Chunnilal was jailed in a corruption case, he was a very dangerous man. He can do anything for Chunnilal. It was at the behest of Chunnilal that he killed the computer operator working in the widow's pension office. It was further written in the letter, 'If you want to keep your family alive, then grant Chunnilal's bail. I have located all your locations. From which window to shoot, everything has been prepared. Our team is engaged in carrying out this work from 30 October.'
