To make this decoction, you will have to grind 10 grams of bay leaves, parsley and fennel. Now boil it in one liter of water. Turn off the gas when about 100 to 150 grams of water remains. You can consume it when a sprain occurs. It is extremely helpful in reducing pain and inflammation. Apart from this, you can make paste by grinding bay leaves and cloves in water. In this condition, this decoction made from bay leaves, parsley and fennel reduces the inflammation in the veins. Apart from this, grinding cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves and applying its paste also reduces pain.
