New Delhi: On March 19, 2021, the Yogi Adityanath Government of Uttar Pradesh has completed four years. On this occasion, the up government adopted its achievements. The state's CM Yogi held press talks on the occasion. Yogi Adityanath said that there is no riot in the state now, which is the achievement of the Government. CM Yogi said that today, even in the list of ease of doing, UP is at number two, we have put up a very long jump. The UP government also presented the report card.
The news channel BBC published a report to prove the Yogi government's claims wrong, however, the UP police showed them a mirror. The BBC headlined its report, "The power of the claims of a four-year report card in yogi Adityanath's UP. The BBC claimed that the rate of increase in crime in the years 2012 and 2015 was lower than the year 2019. Crime then increased by 1.5% and 0.6%. CM Yogi had commanded up in the year 2017. This year, crimes increased by 10 percent, the next year also the rate of crime growth was 10 percent, while in the year 2019, it was 3 percent.'' At the same time, the BBC has wrongly termed the Uttar Pradesh government's claim of non-riot in the state in the last four years. For this, BBC has referred to NCRBÂ data. "The incidents of communal riots in Uttar Pradesh have been low since 2018, but still the cases of riots in UPÂ are the highest after Maharashtra and Bihar," he says. According to NCRB data, ''8016 riots related cases were registered in UPÂ in the year 2016. In the year 2017, the number was 8990, while in the year 2018, 8909 and 2019 cases were reported in 5714. Even after Yogi Adityanath took power in the year 2017, he claimed that riots have stopped in up, but the official data is just the opposite of his claims.?

Â
Thereafter, the UPÂ police refuted their claim and put the reality in front of everyone. The UPÂ police wrote in a tweet, "Based on the NCRB report, 8016, 8990, 8909, 5714 riots have been mentioned from 2016 to 2019. The fact is that there has been no communal riot in the state in the last 04 years. The figure that you have mentioned is actually the number of balway which has also come down." With this tweet, UPÂ police have also shared the crime rate data from 2016 to 2019. It says that 3.7 in 2016, 4.0 in 2017, 4.0 in 2018, and 2.5 in 2019.
