The Supreme Court will begin hearing on dispute of Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid from Friday everyday. Just before the hearing, the Shia Wakf Board has filed a new screw in the court. Shia Board has claimed to be a party in the dispute.

The Shia Waqf Board has challenged the trial court's decision of 30 March 1946 after 70 years in which the mosque was termed as the property of the Sunni Waqf Board.

Hearing of three judges to bench: The Supreme Court has constituted a bench of three judges headed by Justice Deepak Mishra. He will hear the petition challenging the decisions of the Allahabad High Court and on the proprietary rights of the disputed land.

Shia Wakf Board submits affidavit: In its petition, the Shia Waqf Board has admitted that Mir Bucky broke the Ram temple and built the Babri Masjid. For the first time a Muslim organization officially believed that there was a Ram temple at the disputed site.

Significantly, on Tuesday, the Shia Waqf Board filed affidavit in the Supreme Court. Shia Board suggests that Ram temple should be built at the disputed site.
