The case of the action of his protest Gunda Act has been handed over to the High Court. The advisory board of the High Court has also accepted the CCB case. However, she will now be behind bars for 1 year. '

He has further told that the High Court will determine the date for hearing within 7 weeks. Presenting the case in this, Swati's custody is to be sought.

Let us tell you that Swati will be the first smuggler in the history of Karnataka on whom action has been taken against the Gunda Act. 1-year detention has also been recommended for him. Kuldeep Jain has further told that she does body trade under the cover of a massage parlor in Bangalore. About fifty women have been freed from Swati's clutches.
