Ingredients for Besan Cheela curry-
Besan - 2 cups
Curd - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 piece
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Garlic buds - 5
Green chilies chopped - 3
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Salt - as per taste

Method of making Besan Cheela Sabzi- To make Besan Cheela Sabzi, first put gram flour in a vessel. After that mix red chilli powder, carom seeds and a little salt in it. Now after this prepare the batter of gram flour by adding water. Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and pour some oil on it. When the pan becomes hot, pour gram flour mixture on it and spread it like cheela. After this, pour oil on the upper layer and turn it over and bake the cheese from both the sides till it turns golden brown. Similarly, prepare cheela of all the gram flour batter and keep them in a separate plate. When the cheela cools down, cut them into pieces with the help of a knife.

Now take a wok and put 2 tbsp oil in it and keep it on the gas to heat. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, asafetida and finely chopped green chilies and fry for 30 seconds. After this, add grated ginger and chopped garlic to it. When ginger and garlic turn brown, add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric and mix well. Keep in mind that when the spices start getting dry while frying, then mix water in it. After this let the spices cook for 2-3 minutes, then add 2 teaspoons of gram flour, curd and salt as per taste. When this curry is well prepared, then add the pre-prepared chiles to it. Now cover the pan and let the vegetable cook for about 5 minutes. After that turn off the gas. Garnish it with green coriander leaves before serving.
