The monthly menstrual cycle is often followed by a lot of symptoms like fatigue, bloating, mood swings, and cramps. Every month women go through a lot of pain and trouble in the body while this menstrual cycle. It's that time of the month when certain cravings and an obstinate pain in the stomach is there. Usually, it lasts for about 1-2 days in most women only if you are eating the right kind of nutrients and keeping your body active.

1. Drink more water
