Bengali actor and director Raj Chakraborty is a famous personality and he is highly praised by the audience for his brilliant works. Recently, while talking about the going year 2020, director Raj Chakrabarty said that this year has been the best and worst year of his life. He said, “The year 2020 has been bad for all everyone due to the pandemic. Each and every industry is going through a bad time. 2020 even tested te survival skills of the people in the midst of uncertainties." Talking further about the epidemic and its causes, the 'Dharmajuddha' director said, "Many people lost their dear ones, many lost their jobs and many businesses were also shut down due to this pandemic. Even after all this, the cyclone Amphan also badly affected the people."
Further talking about this bad time, Raj Chakraborty said, “This year has been bad for me because I lost my father in 2020. Just like any other son, for me also my father was my hero and I really miss him a lot daily. Many times, I feel I could have done much more for him if the situation was not like this.”
The year 2020 has also been the best year for Raj because recently, he and his wife Subhashree were blessed with a baby boy named Yuvaan. Talking about this, the 'Parineeta' director said, Not only bad but this year is also the best year in my life because I became a father. Yuvaan is a blessing for me and Subha (Subhashree Ganguly). He brought a bundle of joy to our lives. My whole world revolves around him now. I look after my son till afternoon and then head towards office."
