LOS ANGELES: Grammy Award winner Beyonce reportedly spent USD 7.5 million on jewellery for her private performance in Dubai, which is almost one-third of the rumoured USD 24 million salary she received for the invitation-only gig.
The 41-year-old "Crazy in Love" singer performed for the first time in nearly five years at an invitation-only concert to celebrate the opening of the brand-new "Atlantis The Royal" hotel in the UAE city. According to TMZ, she received a USD 24 million pay check for the performance, according to femalefirst.co.uk.

Her jewellery is now thought to have cost about one-third of the reported salary. According to Page Six, Beyonce donned jewellery by Lorraine Schwartz worth about USD 7.5 million over several outfits.

It contained large diamond chandelier earrings, several diamond and green Colombian emerald fan earrings weighing 100 carats or more, and a 30-carat yellow diamond ring.

She was wearing one of her previous ensembles, which comprised red gloves and another set of Schwartz diamond earrings, along with a halo-style crown.

The singer's final outfit for the performance was a pink mini-dress by Ukrainian designer Ivan Frolov encrusted in crystals, to which she added matching stockings, gloves, and pyramid earrings with more than 60 carats of diamonds.
