New Delhi: A Bharat Bandh has been called today by those opposing the Agneepath scheme. There are many organizations involved. The past several days have been witnessing fierce violence in the name of protests. The protesters are vandalising government property and setting it on fire. Protesters have so far blown up several trains and buses, causing a loss of billions of rupees to the country. There is a huge jam on the roads of Delhi-NCR amid the Bharat Bandh. Many trains have been cancelled, due to which there is a huge rush of passengers at delhi's railway stations as well.

The jam is mainly because the trains going towards Delhi are being frisked.   The Congress protest at Jantar Mantar has already begun. Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Salman Khurshid, Randeep Surjewala, Shakti Singh, Imran Pratapgarhi have already reached Jantar Mantar for the satyamev jayate and satyagraha demonstration. The road connecting Noida to Delhi is jammed. There is a jam of about 2 km long on the Noida Expressway from Mahamaya Bridge to Noida Gate.

Several trains have been cancelled due to the ongoing violent protests against the Agneepath Scheme. Due to this, many passengers are stuck at the railway station. Rahul, a resident of Nalanda district of Bihar, who is present at the New Delhi railway station, has been staying with his family at the railway station for three days as the train is getting cancelled.
