Andhra Pradesh: Leaders of Left and Congress parties are worried in support of farmers at Vijayawada RTC bus stand despite heavy rains. The Andhra Pradesh government had announced its full support to the Bharat Bandh. With RTC buses confined to depots in Krishna district, business, commercial and educational institutions have expressed full support for the Left parties' bandh.

The call for 'Bharat Bandh' given by farmers' unions to demand repeal of agricultural laws introduced by the central government in Parliament continues peacefully across the country. Bandh continues peacefully in Anantapur district. From midnight onwards, RTC buses are restricted to the depot. The bandh is going on peacefully in the district with the full support of the government along with the opposition, Jana Sanghs and farmers' unions. Government and private companies were all closed and educational institutions were closed with the declaration of holiday in schools.

On the other hand, nine hundred bus services are limited to depots in 8 depots of Cuddapah district. Under the auspices of all the parties, a sit-in demonstration was held at the bus stand located at the district headquarters. The bandh affected 11 areas in Visakhapatnam as agitators blocked vehicles everywhere. There was some tension in Tirupati due to the bandh. Despite the rain, CPI and CPI(M) leaders took part in the bandh.
