Bharti Airtel divests stake in Seynse, stock rise

Bharti Airtel Limited has divested its stake in Seynse Technologies Private Limited (Seynse) held through Nettle Infrastructure Investments Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Seynse Technologies is a financial technology conglomerate that has created Loan Singh Platform. Loan Singh is a digital lending platform designed to make credit easily accessible to millions of creditworthy yet under-served Indians.

Reacting to the developments, Shares of BHARTI AIRTEL LTD is trading in NSE at Rs.598.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 580.55. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 610.65 and intraday low of 595.80 during the morning session, Friday.
