New Delhi: People in Delhi-NCR are facing severe jams due to Bharat Bandh, but it has no impact on traders. The Bharat bandh has no effect at all in areas except the borders of the national capital. Schools, colleges, shops and business establishments are all open. In Ghazipur, some farmer leaders have been taken into custody and sent to the police line by bus. In Nagpur, protesters of United Kisan Morcha forcibly shut down people's shops.

In Bihar, Bharat bandh supporters vandalised vehicles near Patna Jamshan and set fire to Ashok Rajpath. Bihar Sampark Kranti Express stopped in Darbhanga. In Hajipur, Lalu Yadav's party RJD workers also set fire to fire and assaulted rickshaw drivers on the roads.  Meanwhile, National President of Bharatiya Kisan Union (Bhakiu) Bhanu faction Bhanu Pratap Singh has termed the 'Bharat Bandh' of The United Kisan Morcha as a terrorist act. Addressing a press conference in Etah on Monday (September 27, 2021), Bhanu Pratap Singh said that India should not cooperate with the Bharat bandh. Oppose it. He said the government should try to suppress organizations that are indulging in terrorist activities.

Bhanu Pratap Singh said, 'What is the benefit of the farmer in this? I want to ask this. Those who are calling for Bharat Bandh should just tell us for what benefit we are doing this to the farmers. Just as the Taliban, a terrorist organization, has captured power in Afghanistan, they want to take forward such activities. Therefore, I appeal to all the functionaries of the Bharatiya Kisan Union not to support Bharat bandh. Let everybody oppose the Bharat Bandh and also request the Government to try to suppress the Government of such organizations which are involved in terrorist activities (we have been witnessing since 26th January). Bhanu Pratap Singh has this demand from the Uttar Pradesh Government, from the Government of all the States and from the Central Government.''
