Ahmedabad: Since the removal of Section 370 from Kashmir, the countrymen seem to be keen on buying land in Kashmir. That's how we're going to talk about a man eager to buy land in Kashmir. A Businessman from Gujarat has expressed his desire to buy land in Kashmir. The Gujarat-based builder tweeted to PM Modi a desire to buy land in Kashmir.

Their name is Bhaveshbhai Suratia. They live in Vidyanagar in Anand district of Gujarat. Bhaveshbhai is the first industrialist from Gujarat who has expressed a desire to buy land in Kashmir and has also sent an e-mail to PM Modi. You will be surprised to hear that Bhaveshbhai has been preparing for this many years ago. Since the BJP formed the government at the Centre in 2014, it was estimated that Section 370 would be removed from Kashmir and pave the way for development in Kashmir.

Keeping this in mind, Bhaveshbhai visited the valley in 2016 with the intention of knowing what kind of development the people should develop with his family. As soon as the bill to remove Section 370 was passed in Parliament, Bhaveshbhai, in accordance with his decision, sent an e-mail to PM Modi and the Tourism Minister expressing his desire for the development of Kashmir.
