New Delhi: Despite the order of the top court in the case of Bhagyu Maharaj's suicide, the hearing is not being completed. The reason for this is that neither Ayushi, wife of Bhagyu Maharaj nor his sister is appearing in the District Court to give statement. After the order of the country's largest court, the district court is repeatedly summoning Bhayyu Maharaj's sister and wife to give a statement, though neither of them has yet appeared in the court to give a statement.

The hearing in this case is not going forward. The Supreme Court ordered eight months ago to pass judgment in the case in the district court in six months. Let us tell you that on 12 June 2018, Bhagyu Maharaj shot and committed suicide. About six months after the case, the police arrested his servants Vinayak Dudhale, Sharad Deshmukh and Palak Puranik under the sections of abetment and blackmailing. Since then, the accused are in jail. Due to the absence of witnesses, the hearing, in this case, is not going forward for almost four months. The statements of Ayushi, wife of Bhagyu Maharaj, have not yet been recorded in the court.

Bhayu Maharaj's sister Anuradha and daughter Kuhu had appeared in the court to give statements, however, their statements were incomplete. In this case, the trial remains as of now.
