Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon‘s Bhediya is already hit the theatre screen. Varun left no stone unturned in promoting the film.  Vijan's horror-comedy series, Bhediya, is produced by Dinesh Vijan and helmed by Amar Kaushik. On the one hand Drishayam was released one week before Bhediya broke all the records. Meanwhile on the other hand Bhediya opens up with a comparatively slow opening.

As per Box office reports, Bhediya's opening day take was between Rs 6.5 and Rs 7.5 crores net. The movie is base on the mythical Bhediya (played by  Bhediya). The actor, "nails like Rampuri and teeth like Dracula", he transforms into a true Bhediya every night. He is being treated by Dr. Anika, played by Kriti. Bhediya is a story with amazing imagination." Every member of the cast and crew knew they were working on something special. "It's not just ground-breaking VFX; the picture is a feast for the eyes in every manner," director Amar Kaushik stated.

Speaking about the movie the director earlier said, “Bhediya is a tale filled with awe-inspiring imagery. Each and every member of the cast and crew knew that we were crafting something very special. It’s not just the path-breaking VFX; the film is a feast for the eyes in every aspect possible”. This movie will be the third installment of producer Dinesh Vijan's horror comedy after 'Stree' and 'Roohi'.
