New Delhi: An interesting news has come again in the  Bhima Koregaon violence case. A few days ago, Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi distanced himself from the petition related to the case. Now in this case, another judge also separated himself. On Tuesday, Justice N.V. to hear the petition for cancellation of the FIR lodged against social activist Gautam Navlakha. Raman, Justice B.R. Subhash Reddy and Justice BR Gavai came before the bench.

But Justice Gavai announced to recuse himself from the hearing. After this, the petition for the formation of a new bench has again been sent to Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi. Chief Justice Gogoi dissociated himself from hearing this petition on Monday. Gautam Navlakha filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Bombay High Court in the Bhima-Koregaon violence case.

The High Court refused to quash the FIR against him. The Chief Justice had said that the matter should be referred to a bench in which he is not a party. On 13 September, the Bombay High Court dismissed Navlakha's appeal to quash the FIR. The court had said that prima facie the truth was seen in the matter. This requires thorough and thorough investigation.
