Bholaa, an action movie starring Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn, released in theaters on Thursday to much enthusiasm. A remake of an old formula that adds excessively heavy weather. It's doubtful that the Ajay Devgn-starring film Bholaa would have you scream "bum bum bhole" with joy. Bholaa relies heavily on well-crafted action sequences directed deftly by Ajay Devgn and his colleagues. The 'Mass Maharaja' has been shown just as he should be, albeit the adaption might have used a stronger narrative and timing in the second part.

On Day 1, Bholaa recorded morning occupancy in the range of 11–13%. It's true that this is a poor start, and the reservations might be much better considering the lack of significant competition at the ticket booths. Also, it is anticipated that a superstar like Ajay Devgn will draw greater crowds.

Plot: Diana (Tabu), an IPS officer, seizes a vehicle filled with Rs 1000 crore worth of cocaine owned by a drug lord, Ashwathama (Deepak Dobriyal). A chain of circumstances places a prisoner, Bholaa (Ajay Devgn), in the middle of the battle between cops and mafia. In order to protect his daughter's safety, Bholaa takes on the task of defending the police community from the anger of the drug lord.

Film critic Sumit Kadel gave the film a four-star rating and post a review said, “Ajay Devgn’s performance is brilliant, intensity in his act and action which he does on screen is PHENOMENAL. As a director, Ajay Devgn has excelled himself. He created a visual 3D spectacle without compromising with the pace and soul of the story.”

Film critic Rohit Jaiswal also post a review and said that Bholaa is a “pure raw action film with a strong emotional background”. Jaiswal gave the film a four-star rating and tweeted, “Pure RAW ACTION FILM, with a strong emotional background, complete paisa wasool material. Ajay Devgn’s action takes this film to another level… Tabu shines again, Deepak Dobriyal looks evil. Screenplay and execution fabulous.”

These films of Bollywood and South will clash with each other at the box office.

Ajay gave a special gift to the fans by releasing the first song of the film Bhola.
