Talking to reporters, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, "The incident of child's death due to an online game "Free Fire" in Chhatarpur is tragic and police have registered an FIR and started an investigation. I am consulting the law department officials for legal action against such game-making companies. They will soon be brought under the ambit of law and action will be taken." At the same time, he tweeted in a tweet: "MP Police is fully alert about Cyber Crime. He has exposed many gangs involved in such crimes and brought them behind bars, our priority is to demolish cybercrime. The elements that carry it out will not be spared in any case.''

He also said, "Madhya Pradesh has received 17 new cases of Corona infection in the last 24 hours, while 13 people have recovered. The rate of infection is 0.24% and the recovery rate is 98.60%. Yesterday, 69,322 thousand tests were conducted in Corona. The total active cases at present are 131." In a further statement, he slammed the Congress and said, "The manner in which Arun Yadav and his father were treated in the Congress reflects the Congress's attitude towards OBC. Arun Yadav, who was PCC chief for years, is now being forced to line up for a Lok Sabha by-poll ticket.''
