Mumbai: Millions of lives have been destroyed by the corona epidemic all over the world. Millions of people have lost their lives. A large number of people lost their jobs. While many companies have expelled their employees, Reliance has announced to help its employees.

Reliance Industry Limited (RIL) has taken commendable initiatives for its employees during the crisis period of corona epidemic. Reliance has announced full monthly salary for the next five years to the family of its employees who lost their lives due to corona infection. The company has also announced one time financial assistance of up to Rs 10 lakh to the victim's family. At the same time, Reliance Industry will pay 100% of the book fee upto tuition fee, hostel accommodation and bachelor's degree at any institution in India for the children of employees dying from Corona.

It will also bear 100 percent premium payment for the spouse, parents and children to be admitted to the hospital till the child graduates. On the other hand, if the employee or his family of the company is corona positive, they will be given corona leave till they are fully recovered physically and mentally. At the same time, Reliance Foundation Chairman Nita Ambani said that the company will pay Rs 10 lakh to the family members of all off-roll employees whose lives have been caused by corona.
