Big B to host Modi govt’s 2nd year bash at India Gate

It’s been two years completion of Modi Government and for this a gala night is likely to be organized at India Gate next Saturday. And here there could be in for a big surprice as they could have bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan in company.

Amitabh will host a five hour long show on May 28 to emphasize the accomplishments of the Narendra Modi government in the preceding two years at the iconic India Gate. The event is likely to embrace talk shows over the government’s achievements, sprinkled with cultural programmes. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also be there in the function.

Meanwhile, those who can’t attend the gala nightcan see the live telecast, as the event will be telecast live by public broadcaster, Doordarshan. The government is in touch with other bollywood stars and TV personalities for participation in this event, contours of which are being finalised.

As per media sources, “Bachchan is most likely to attend. Elaborate arrangements are being made for the events. Select ministers will be present to market the schemes that has benefitted the people”.
