Mumbai: Sameer Wankhede's father has received a big relief from the Bombay High Court. The Bombay High Court on his petition has directed Nawab Malik and his family that they will no longer be able to publish anything against the Wankhede family. It has been clearly stated that statements against the family will not be made directly or even in gestures.

Tell us that Sameer Wankhede's father had filed a petition in the Bombay High Court appealing that nawab Malik should not make absurd statements against him and his family. He had appealed for a ban on it. Nawab Malik has now been dealt a blow by the court in the same case. Now, they will not be able to make any statement against Sameer Wankhede and his family.

The same hearing had led to a heated argument between Nawab Malik and wankhede advocates. There was also a debate that Nawab Malik was constantly addressing Sameer Wankhede's sister as Lady Don. Malik's advocate had said that a man named Fletcher Patel had said so and his client only shared it. However, the court rejected the plea and categorically said that such rhetoric and allegations will not be imposed as long as the case is being heard. Justice Kathawala directly asked Nawab Malik's advocate if his clients would stop making such statements. It was replied that nawab Malik will no longer share any posts against Wankhede and his family till December 9.
