Yogi govt announces free coaching for IAS, PCS Aspirants

Lucknow: The Yogi government in UP, the country's largest state, has offered free coaching to students preparing for IAS and PCS exams in the state. The scheme is being run by the Social Welfare Department for Students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or OBCs. Any student can avail of this scheme by filling the form. You have to visit the official portal of the social welfare department to fill the form. Students can apply between October 11 and November 08. The admit card for the examination will be released by November 15. The entrance examination will be held between 12 noon and 2 pm on November 20. The same entrance test will be 120 minutes and questions will be asked in Hindi and will be MCQ. There will be no negative marking. The results will come on the official portal of the Department of Social Welfare on November 27.

Who will get the benefit of the scheme:- The benefit of this scheme will be available only to the natives of UP. Students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or OBCs can avail of the scheme. The annual income of the student's parents should not exceed Rs.

How to Apply:-
Visit the official portal socialwelfareup.upsdc.gov.in of the Social Welfare Department. Click on the 'Fill application form' link on the home page. Now a new page will open. Answer 21 questions in the form given on it name, father's name, permanent address, e-mail, details of educational qualification of the candidate, etc. Then, upload your documents and submit the form.
