The police have taken into custody two accused in connection with the case of demanding a ransom by kidnapping the youth. The young man has also found himself healthy. During interrogation, the duo said that they had committed the kidnapping by trapping the youth in a honeytrap through a woman. Police were also searching for the woman. Both have been sent to jail.

Sarfaraz (28), a resident of Sanghipur village in the Laksar Kotwali area, had gone to Roorkee on Thursday morning to collect children's books. Late in the evening, Sarfaraz's mobile phone had received a call from the family that their son had been kidnapped. The callers have started demanding a ransom of Rs 6 lakh from them. The family members reached Kotwali and gave full information to the police.

The police have found the operation of the mobile location of the youth in Panipat, Haryana. Based on the location, a police team reached Haryana. With the help of local police, Laksar police have recovered the youth safely. The two accused who were abducted were also arrested. Police brought the two accused from Haryana to Laksar.

They call on social media and implicate themselves: The duo has given their name and address as Usman resident Indira Chowk Bismillah Barat Ghar, Thana Mandi Saharanpur and Naresh resident of village Matlodha, District Panipat Haryana. Both have said that through a woman, he used to trap people by calling them on social media.

After which they call him to meet him at one place. On his arrival, they are demanding a ransom by kidnapping him. Kotwali in charge Yashpal Singh Bisht said that both of them have been produced before the court and sent to jail. The woman is being sought. The young man has been handed over to his family.
