Ranchi: On the completion of two years of the Hemant government in Jharkhand, the Chief Minister has given a big gift to the para teachers of the state. The one-time 50 per cent increase has been made in the honorarium received by the para teachers of the state. The honorarium of teachers who have not passed the TET exam will increase by 40 percent. Along with this, the benefit of a compassionate job will also be available. Para teachers of the state will now be known as assistant teachers. The job of para teachers will continue till the age of 60 years.

On the completion of 2 years of the Hemant government, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that the people of the state have high hopes from this government. 65 thousand para teachers of the state who lived on dharna for 11 months in 12 months. Keeping in mind the internal resources, our government has worked with them to meet the demands of para teachers and move forward with them. Now in 12 months for 11 months, these teachers will appear in the school.

The Chief Minister said that this government wants to solve many problems ranging from jobs up to 60 years of age, 50 percent salary hike, compassionate jobs, government housing and many more. But the solution should be according to the rules and in the interest of the state. The Chief Minister further said that a solution would not be found by the contract workers of the state coming out on the roads, but a solution would be found through talks.
