Deoghar: An FIR has been registered at Kunda police station against 9 people including BJP MP from Godda Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari in connection with the lapse in security at Deoghar airport in Jharkhand. According to the information received, a case has been registered on the complaint of Suman Anan, DSP of the airport. In fact, under the information received on this matter, on August 31, Lok Sabha MP from Godda Nishikant Dubey, his son Kanishk Kant Dubey, Mahikant Dubey, MP Manoj Tiwari, Mukesh Pathak, Devta Pandey, Pintu Tiwari were forcibly in the ATC of Deoghar airport. He is accused of entering and using his influence to forcibly obtain ATC clearance. Not only this but a case has also been registered against Deoghar Airport Director Sandeep Dhingra.

According to the news received, in the complaint made by the DSP, it has been said that on the afternoon of August 31, 9 people including Nishikant Dubey had come to Deoghar by chartered plane. During his return in the evening, others including Dubey forcibly entered the ATC form. Let us also tell all of you that there is no night take off or landing facility in Deoghar airport. According to the complaint, these people forcibly entered the ATC. After this, the MP and his accompanying people returned by chartered plane after taking clearance. In fact, on August 31, the delegation of the BJP came to meet Dumka's victim Ankita and there were many people including BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, Delhi MP Manoj Tiwari and Kapil Mishra.

While going from Dumka, these people reached Deoghar airport at around 5.15 pm and enter the ATC room to get clearance. On the other hand, Nishikant Dubey has given clarification on this matter. In fact, he said that the Jharkhand government does not want the Deoghar airport to run smoothly. At the same time, an FIR was also registered against the owner of the Airport Authority of India and the director of Deoghar Airport. On the other hand, Nishikant described himself as the chairman of the advisory committee and said, 'He can go to the ATC room because he is the chairman of the advisory committee of the airport.' Apart from this, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari is a member of the Civil Aviation Committee.
