New Delhi: The renowned Samsung company has apologized to UK smartphone users. He was sent a strange notification from the company on his device at night. In this notification, '1' was written only twice and it was sent with the help of Samsung's Find My Mobile service. About 20 percent users had received this notification. Users' displeasure was also seen about the fact that due to the notification, their phone battery had also been affected. Samsung smartphone users believe that they had received this notification due to some security loophole, this notification was also sent to many users who had never signed up for this service. Many users shared screenshots of this on social media and tried to know its meaning. After this, a clarification was given on Twitter from Samsung.

Samsung has also apologized to users for this strange notification on Twitter and said that this notification was sent by mistake. The company informed that, 'This notification was sent by mistake between internal testing, it will not affect your device.' It was also clearly written in the tweet that, 'Samsung apologizes for any inconvenience caused to the customers and will work to avoid such cases in future.'

Devices that get notifications include devices like Galaxy S7, Galaxy A50 to Galaxy Note 10. Due to this notification, upset users expressed their anger on Twitter and Reddit and asked why this strange notification appeared on their phones. Many users wanted to know the reason for this from the company and said that cleanliness should be given about it. Most users got this notification at night and had appeared on their device in the morning. For which they were all looking very worried.
