Chinese smartphone makers Xiaomi has given one more chance to celebrate Diwali again for its Indian users as It has cut the prices on few of their smart phone models. It attributed the price to the depreciating rupee against the US dollar. The Xiaomi hiked the cost of the Redmi 6, Redmi 6A Redmi Y2 by up to Rs. 600 as Xiaomi has now announced a price cut on three of its popular smartphones which come in the Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 20,000 price brackets. These devices have received a price drop of Rs. 1,000 each and the new prices are applicable from today means Friday.

Redmi Y2 is another popular smartphone with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage and it can be purchased at Rs. 11,999 after a price cut of Rs. 1,000. Redmi Y2 has a 5.99-inch HD+ IPS display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU. On the camera front There are dual rear cameras- 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel cameras in Redmi Y2. The selfie camera is a 16-megapixel shooteravailableand it is backed by a 3080mAh battery.
