While corona has created a hue and cry across the country today, every day someone is losing their lives due to the virus. The country has witnessed a marginal decline in new cases of covid infection after several days. More than 3,57,229 new covid patients have been found and 3,449 people have lost their lives in the last 24 hours in the country. With this, the total number of infected persons in the country has crossed 2 crores. New covid patients have seen a marginal decline today as compared to Monday. It has been revealed that more than 3.68 lakh new corona patients were found a day earlier on Monday and 3,417 people have lost their lives.

The second wave of covid in the country is spreading rapidly. More than 3.5 lakh new patients are being received daily continuously since last week. The increase in the number of covid patients and corona deaths has created panic. The health system of the country collapsed. The shortage of beds, ventilators, Remdesivirs, and oxygen in hospitals across the country is increasing. Hundreds of people are dying without treatment. Meanwhile, the cremation of the bodies at the crematoriums has to wait for several hours. In many states, the vaccination campaign is seen to be receiving vaccine deficiency.
