To complete the unfinished residential and commercial projects of this company as soon as possible. Apart from this, a detailed draft on this behalf by the government on Monday may be presented before the court.

Apart from this, the draft presented by the government in the Supreme Court is undoubtedly related to Unitech, but it has big implications. After the court's approval of the government's proposal, a new route could also be opened for 1,600 projects which were incomplete in the real estate sector. The intention of the government is clear that Unitech's case should be presented as a case for other real estate companies. In this direction, after Unitech, the government can take steps on the stuck projects of Jaypee Group.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is currently awaiting the decision of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) over Jaypee Group. If all goes well, a relief will also be announced to give relief to customers booking in JP Group projects.
