Thirdly, significant social media intermediates. Fourthly, OTT platforms. Of these, YouTube comes under intermediates.
What is Intermediate?: Intermediaries means a service provider that transmits and publishs users' content, but does not editorial control on that content like the news media. These intermediates can be your Internet service providers, social media platforms, or web services that allow you to upload, post, or publish content.
