Noted TV actor Pearl V Puri has been released. The actor was taken into custody in a rape case with a minor girl. According to reports, Pearl V Puri has been granted bail. The actor was charged with the PASCO Act. However, it is yet to be officially confirmed. The Pearl case was heard in the Vasai Sessions Court today.

Earlier, the court had rejected Pearl's bail plea. Pearl's bail plea was scheduled for hearing on June 11. The actor was taken into custody by mumbai police in a rape case on June 5. After which the actor was remanded for 14 days. Now, if reports are to be believed, the actor has been granted bail after 11 days.

After the arrest of the actor, his lawyers tried hard to seek bail but all failed. The actor was taken into custody under the POCSO Act after an FIR was lodged against him for allegedly sexually assaulting the father of a minor girl. According to reports, Pearl's advocate confirmed that the actor has been granted bail. The actor was accused of raping a minor girl. The case was heard today
