Akshay Kumar is all set for his upcoming film Selfiee with Emraan Hashmi.  The film is helmed by Raj Mehta. Akshay is leaving no stone unturned in promoting the film. However, on its first day of release, Selfie became a victim of piracy. It is HD version is available on some sites.

These days almost every film got leaked on its first day of release. According to the reports Selfie is now available in HD prints onFilmyzilla, 123movies, Filmywap, Onlinemoviewatches, 123movierulz, Telegram, Tamilrockers and so on. This is not the first movie that got leaked online. Earlier Film including Pathaan, SIR, Shehzada, Ant-Man, and the Wasp: Quantumania among others were also leaked.

Speaking about its Box office reports, Selfie has earned Rs 73.76 lakh with its advance booking for the first day. 34122 tickets have reportedly been sold as of now. According to its Day 1 box office predictions, early estimates suggest that Selfiee may earn up to Rs 10 crore. The film is expected to do well and it is very important for Akshay as his last films did not perform well at Box office.

'Selfiee' is backed by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. The film will also mark Prithviraj Sukumaran and Magic Frames' debut in Hindi cinema production. Selfiee' is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam comedy-drama 'Driving Licence'. The original Malayalam movie was directed by Lal Jr from a script by Sachy. Akshay and Emraan will also be seen having a dance-off on the recreated version of the song 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari'. The original number is from the 1994 film 'Main Khiladi Tu Anari' featuring Akshay alongside Saif Ali Khan.
