According to sources, Arhaan said, "My plan was very big. I am unhappy with my elimination. My journey ended very shortly. I was playing well and used to stand for the right thing. I told right to right and wrong to wrong. I was in the other team but when I got to work with Siddharth, I did that too well. I got to know that this must have happened for the first time when a well-known contestant has become homeless soon. I had a lot to show. My game, personal life and friendship too but I did not get much time." When Arhaan was asked about Rashmi and Siddharth, he said, "I don't think Rashmi targets Siddharth unnecessarily."

He has also said, "I wanted Rashmi and Siddharth to end their gap and become good friends. But I got negative feedback for this." On Rashmi's comeback at Bigg Boss house, Arhaan said, "I told her to play her game well. She is intelligent. I also told her to speak wherever she wants to speak. She is playing well."

Talking about his personal life, Arhaan said, "I was in a relationship with someone for four-five years and Rashmi knows this very well. We both know each other. She was my best friend, but during the time which we spend together at home, I got to know her better. My perspective has changed for her. I was attracted towards her. Whatever was on her side, things would have changed in the future but this could not happen. When I was coming out, she was crying a lot. I am also going to miss her a lot. I think there was more than friendship between us. If I would be in the house, I would have proposed her there. I have fallen in love with her. I want to go inside the house and propose Rashmi."
